From 18 to 21 January 2026, Synergy & Prosperity Building Material Trading LLC joined more than 1,100 exhibitors from over 50 countries at Big 5 Construct Saudi — one of the Gulf region's most significant construction and building materials events. Held at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center, ROSHN Front, Riyadh, the four-day show brought together contractors, developers, architects, and industry professionals under the banner of Saudi Vision 2030's ambitious building programme.
Our team of three manned Stand 1C67 in Hall 1, presenting three of our core product lines to an engaged and knowledgeable Saudi audience. It was a rewarding few days — conversations were substantive, interest in our solutions was genuine, and the broader energy of the event made clear just how much momentum there is in the Saudi construction market right now.
Stone Carpet Steals the Show
Without question, our Resin Bound stone carpet system was the centrepiece of the stand. We displayed a wide selection of stone carpet sample boards in various colours and aggregate types, laid out so visitors could pick them up, examine them closely, and compare finishes side by side. For many Saudi contractors and landscape professionals encountering resin bound for the first time, the tactile quality — the natural stone feel underfoot, the rich colour variation, the smooth yet permeable finish — came as a genuine surprise.
We also brought actual product containers for our TerraTight PU and TerraTight Epoxy binder systems, so visitors could understand the full process from raw material through to completed surface. The response was overwhelmingly positive. Stone carpet's aesthetic appeal translates immediately in person in a way that photographs alone rarely capture, and our sample boards gave people exactly that hands-on moment.
Texture Paint and Soil Stabilizer Round Out the Stand
Alongside our resin bound display, we showcased our Texture Paint wall coating system — represented by quartz paint samples that highlighted the depth and durability of the finish — and our Soil Stabilizer solution, which addresses one of the most persistent challenges in construction across sandy and unstable terrain. As we said in the run-up to the show: we are not just showing products, we are sharing solutions. These three lines work together to address what a project site needs from the ground up — literally.
A Market in Full Motion
The event was inaugurated by Dr. Sultan Alotaibi from the Architecture and Design Commission, setting the tone for a show firmly aligned with Vision 2030's drive to develop world-class infrastructure, residential communities, and public spaces across the Kingdom. Co-located with Urban Design & Landscape Saudi Arabia, Windows Doors & Facades Saudi Arabia, and Marble & Stone Saudi Arabia, the 2026 edition brought together more than 20,000 products across complementary building material categories — making for a genuinely comprehensive view of where the Saudi construction market is heading.
For Synergy & Prosperity, the show confirmed what we already suspected: Saudi Arabia represents a significant and growing opportunity for quality decorative paving and surface treatment solutions. The scale of development underway — from giga-projects to residential neighbourhoods — demands materials that combine durability, aesthetics, and performance. That is precisely the space our TerraTight range is built for.
Looking Ahead
We left Riyadh energised and with a clear sense of the opportunities ahead. The conversations we had at Stand 1C67 over those four days reinforced our confidence in bringing Resin Bound stone carpet, Texture Paint, and Soil Stabilizer solutions to the Saudi market in a meaningful way.
