Our Story
Synergy & Prosperity Building Material Trading & Technical Services was founded in Dubai with a clear mission: to bring engineered outdoor construction solutions to the UAE market.
We saw a gap. Companies were importing products designed for European or Asian climates and hoping they'd work in 50°C heat, high humidity, and alkaline desert soil. They often didn't. So we partnered directly with a manufacturing R&D laboratory to develop systems specifically for these conditions.
The result is our TerraTight™ product line — stone carpet surfaces, soil stabilizers, and wall coatings that are tested, proven, and optimized for the land you live on.

Unlike most construction material companies in the UAE, we don't just pick products from a catalog. We work directly with our manufacturing partner's R&D laboratory to develop, test, and refine formulations.
Every TerraTight™ system is tested against UAE-specific aggregates, sand types, and climate conditions. When we identified that no existing soil stabilizer worked well on local desert sand, we worked with our factory to create one. That’s how TerraTight™ Ease — now DMT approved — was born.
