Product Preparation: Shake the container well before each use. Pour TerraTightTM  into any manual or mechanical spraying device immediately before use. DO NOT spray directly from the container. Cap the container immediately after use.

Site Preparation: Apply only when no rainfall is expected in 72 hours. The aggregates must be dry

before use. Moisture might decrease the bonding strength of the product.

Dilution: Use undiluted for maximum strength. Dilute with up to twice as much water for light

applications.

Spraying: Spray the product evenly over the aggregates. Use a trowel or rake to turn aggregates over while spraying to ensure even coverage.

Application Rates:Typical application rate is 5m2 per liter undiluted.

Curing: Allow 24-48 hours for complete cure depending on the weather.

Optional Second Coat: Apply an additional coat by direct spraying after the first coat cures for extra bonding strength.

Cleanup: Rinse the spray bottle and nozzle thoroughly with water immediately after each use. Rinse any residual into a sink.

Application by mixing: For heavy applications, mix the resin with aggregates following a similar

method as in resin bound construction. Contact us to learn more.
